The best in basketball comes to Indianapolis when the National Basketball Association puts on its All-Star game Sunday at 12:45 p.m. on WBBM-TV (Channel 2). On the college front, there are only 10 games to keep you warm. The best ones are Saturday: St. John`s at Villanova, 1 p.m., Channel 2; Syracuse at Notre Dame, 2 p.m., WMAQ-TV (Channel 5), Illinois at Michigan, 3 p.m., WPWR-TV (Channel 60); Georgetown at Boston College, 7 p.m., USA (cable); Pepperdine at De Paul, 7:30 p.m., WGN-TV (Channel 9), and Indiana at Northwestern, 8 p.m., WFBN-TV (Channel 66). They`re not All-Stars, but then they don`t get paid as much.
