Tribune Broadcasting Co. appointed Donald L. Hacker to the newly created post of vice president-development and Gerald W. Agema to the post of chief financial officer, effective March 1. Both men will report to James Dowdle, Tribune Broadcasting president. Hacker, 31, will direct broadcasting and entertainment development projects, assess program development and acquisition opportunities and direct negotiations and project planning. Agema, 37, will be responsible for financial control and planning policies. Tribune Broadcasting is a subsidiary of Tribune Co., which publishes The Chicago Tribune.
