Services for Fred Rubenstein, 62, president of Ruby Construction Co., will be held at noon Tuesday in the chapel at 6130 N. California Ave. Mr. Rubenstein, of Glencoe, died Sunday in a Deerfield nursing home. His father, Samuel, started Ruby Construction, a contracting firm at 5528 N. Western Ave., in 1920. Survivors include his wife, Minnie; three sons, Mark, Howard and Michael; a daughter, Adriane Hansher; his mother, Ida; a brother; and four grandchildren.
