The Treasury plans to raise $850 million in new cash next Wednesday with the sale of about $9 billion in two-year notes maturing May 31, 1987. The balance of the proceeds will be used to redeem $8.14 billion in maturing notes. Tenders for the notes, available in minimum denominations of $5,000, must be received at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago by noon Wednesday.
