Dr. Harry B. Springer, 79, a dentist for 58 years, died Friday in Westlake Community Hospital, Melrose Park. Dr. Springer, a native of Chicago, was a North Side resident and for many years had offices in the Uptown Bank Building, 4753 N. Broadway, before he retired in 1979. He is survived by his wife, Lenore. Services will be held Monday in Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, Va.
