Services for Dorothine A. Axelson, 75, a former Chicagoan, will be held Thursday in Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Hollywood Hills, Calif. Mrs. Axelson, of Los Angeles, died Sunday in a hospital in Santa Monica, Calif. Survivors include her husband, Frank A.; a daughter, Carol Ann Maillet; and two granddaughters.
