Services for Douglas E. Westphal, 71, of Wheaton, were held Tuesday at Assumption Cemetery, Winfield. Mr. Westphal died Sunday in Central Du Page Hospital, Winfield. Mr. Westphal was an insurance agent for the Allstate Insurance Co. for several years until his retirement. Survivors include a son, Baron; five daughters, Diane, Lynne, Valerie, Patricia and Vicki; a brother; a sister and seven grandchildren.
