Services for Benjamin R. Cohen, 76, an attorney and West Rogers Park resident, will be held at 3 p.m. Monday in the chapel at 111 Skokie Blvd., Wilmette. Mr. Cohen, who died Saturday in a Riverwoods nursing home, was a founding partner of the law firm of Cohen and Shapera. He was a partner there for 50 years until he retired in 1983 to become senior counsel for the Illinois State Bar Association. He is survived by his wife, Bernice; a son, Michael; a daughter, Carol Wagner; four grandchildren; and two sisters.
