Mass for Rev. John J. Boyd, 75, a retired pastor, will be said at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in St. Patrick`s Catholic Church, 9525 S. Commerical Ave. Rev. Boyd, of Chicago, died Sunday in Resurrection Nursing Pavilion, Park Ridge. Ordained in 1935, Rev. Boyd retired 15 years ago as pastor of St. Patrick`s. He also served as associate pastor of several Chicago-area churches, including St. Laurence, St. Margaret Mary`s, Immaculate Conception in Waukegan and St. Joseph`s in Round Lake. He is survived by two sisters.
