Services for Arthur M. Elgquist, 74, a retired railroad executive, will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday in the chapel at 6227 W. Cermak Rd. Mr. Elgquist, of Berwyn, died Wednesday in his home. He was former vice president of the Chicago West Pullman & Southern Railroad, where he was employed for 48 years until he retired in 1976. Survivors include his wife, Elaine; three stepchildren, Elaine Bishop, and Timothy and Thomas Curtin; six step-grandchildren; a step-great-grandchild; and a sister.
