Services will be private for Bruce E. Kronenberger, 68, owner of the American Needle & Novelty Co., 6600 Lincoln Ave., Lincolnwood, makers of souvenir baseball caps. Mr. Kronenberger, a Northbrook resident, died Wednesday in Glenbrook Hospital, Glenview. He is survived by his wife, Phyllis; three daughters, Carol Weinstein, Kathy and Patricia; two sons, Robert and Ronald; and three grandchildren.
