Mass for Lillian Josephine Derby, 82, will be said at 9:30 a.m. Saturday in St. Gertrude Catholic Church, 1420 W. Granville Ave. Mrs. Derby, of the North Side, died Wednesday in Edgewater Hospital. She was the widow of James F. Derby, senior assistant city editor of The Tribune. She is survived by a daughter, Katy Corcoran; three sons, John Gerlach, and Patrick and James
”Larry” Derby; nine grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
