Services for Samuel Dominguez, 76, of Glen Ellyn, will be at 10 a.m. Monday in Wheaton Wesleyan Church, 1300 S. President St., in the suburb. Mr. Dominguez, a native of Mexico, who had lived in Wheaton and Glen Ellyn for the last 12 years, died Thursday in Central Du Page Hospital, Winfield. Mr. Dominguez, known as ”Mr. Sam,” was an employee of Wheaton Orthopaedics Ltd., Carol Stream. Survivors include his wife, Louise; 4 sons, Dr. Richard, James, Lee and Paul; 3 daughters, Margaret C. Knitter, Janet Luckey and Kay McLaughlin; 4 sisters; a brother; and 24 grandchildren.
