A memorial service for Adelaide S. Clark, 80, of Lake Forest, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday in the Highland Park Presbyterian Church, Laurel and Linden Avenues, Highland Park. Mrs. Clark died Wednesday in Lake Forest Hospital, Lake Forest. A former resident of Highland Park, she was a trustee of Highland Park Hospital. Survivors include a son, Dr. Russell H.; three grandchildren; a sister; and two brothers.
