Services for Elise Turner, 57, of Evanston, were held Monday in the chapel at 100 Greenleaf Ave., Wilmette. Miss Turner, daughter of the late Dr. Horace Turner, a Chicago orthopedic surgeon, died Saturday in Evanston Hospital. Survivors include her cousins.
