Services for Robert J. Falconer, 66, a Riverside businessman and civic leader, will be held at 11 a.m. Friday in the Riverside Presbyterian Church, 116 Barrypoint Rd. in the suburb. He died Tuesday. Mr. Falconer was president and co-owner with his brother, Donald G., of Falconer Wheel Brake & Body Service, the oldest business in Riverside. It was started during the horse and buggy days by their father. Mr. Falconer was a board member of Riverside National Bank and commander of American Legion Post 488 in Riverside. He also was past president of the Riverside Chamber of Commerce, the Riverside Lions Club and the board of the Riverside elementary school district. In addition to his brother, survivors include his wife, Marion Anne; two daughters, Beverly LaForce and Judy; a son, Donald A.; and two grandchildren.
