Alex M. Vercillo has been named president of Cosmopolitan National Bank of Chicago, succeeding Robert Finch, who died July 26. Vercillo, 45, joined the bank in 1958 as a clerk. He graduated from John Marshall Law School in 1972 and was named executive vice president and trust officer of the bank in 1983. Cosmopolitan National has assets of about $80 million.
