Chicago Fiber Optic Corp. accused Illinois Bell Telephone of
anticompetitive practices in a petition filed with the Illinois Commerce Commission. ”Illinois Bell has set up roadblocks to federally mandated competition among special-access services by proposing a tariff against bypass carriers. In addition, they have filed for another tariff which includes predatory pricing,” Chicago Fiber Optic president John Lucas said.
