Services for Ronald B. Thompson, 56, an Evanston physical education teacher, will be held at 8 p.m. Wednesday in the Ebenezer A.M.E. Church, 1109 Emerson St., Evanston. Mr. Thompson, who died Saturday, was a teacher in Evanston Elementary School District 65 for 24 years. Survivors include his wife, Katherine; three sons, Robert, Steven and James; a daughter, Theresa;
two stepsons, Michael McKenzie and John Newby; and four grandchildren.
