Services for James Schipper, 64, a retired Air Force colonel, were held Saturday in Milwaukee. Mr. Schipper, of Burr Ridge, died last Tuesday in Hinsdale Hospital. Mr. Schipper, who retired in 1977, was former president of Page Engineering Co. of La Grange and PettiboneSurvivors include his wife, Leona; four daughters, Susan Wiseman, Nancy Rodee, Janet and Debra; five grandchildren; a great-grandson; and two sisters.
