Plastic flamingos are showing up on some of the best lawns.
A little while ago, dozens of them, adorned with clerical collars, appeared in front of the parsonage at the Episcopal Church of Our Savior on Fullerton Avenue. Parishioners, bless `em, had put the birds there as a surprise birthday present for Father J. Wilson Reed.
