Services for Cecil B. Cohen, a former East Chicago city attorney, were to be held Sunday in the chapel at 8415 Calument Ave., Munster, Ind. Mr. Cohen, 85, a senior partner in the law firm of Cohen, Foss, Shuman and Drake, died Friday in Community Hospital, Munster. He was city attorney from 1957 to 1964. Survivors include his wife, Ida; 2 daughters, Charlene Esserman and Babette Maza; a son, Stephen; and 10 grandchildren.
