A skeleton was found Tuesday in unincorporated Rich Township, and Cook County sheriff`s police were trying to learn its identity. The skeleton, a tattered shirt and tan jeans were discovered by a Cook County Mosquito Abatement District worker in a swampy area near Central Avenue and Int. Hwy. 80, said Sgt. Robert Hoop.
