Dean Foods Co. plans to acquire Koubenec Motor Service Inc. and Huntley Leasing Co., both of northwest suburban Huntley. Terms were withheld. Dean, the Franklin Park food processor and distributor, said the two affiliated companies had combined 1984 revenues of $15 million. Koubenec specializes in refrigerated freight hauling, and Huntley provides equipment leasing and maintenance services.
