Tishman Speyer Properties-Chicago and Mayor Harold Washington formally dedicated the new Riverside Plaza.
The dedication recognized the ongoing improvements at 10 S., 120 S. and 222 S. Riverside Plaza, including a new plaza that opens up the riverfront, and building improvements that will offer contemporary amenities to tenants.
The Riverside Plaza office development west of the river first opened in 1965.
