Services for Jack L. Rowe, 92, president and chairman of the board of the electrical contracting firm Rowe & Co., will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in the chapel at 9200 N. Skokie Blvd., Skokie. Mr. Rowe, of the Near North Side, died Sunday in Henrotin Hospital. Survivors include his wife, Rebecca; 2 daughters, Lucille Briskin and Blossom Weller; 2 sons, Theodore and Maynard; 13 grandchildren; and a sister.
