General Dynamics Corp. said it has extended until Nov. 15 its $30 cash tender offer for the common stock of Cessna Aircraft Co. General Dynamics said it had acquired more than 90 percent of the outstanding shares prior to the previously scheduled expiration date of Oct. 25.
