A former cashier for the City of Des Plaines was sentenced Wednesday to two years in prison after pleading guilty to theft and official misconduct. Theodoric Hatcher, 23, of Chicago, was sentenced by Associate Judge James Schreier. Hatcher was charged with stealing more than $53,000 from Des Plaines.
