Golding, Axelrod & Co. and Capital Realty Services Inc. have arranged $36 million in construction and permanent financing for the eight-story, 296-suite, O`Hare Radisson Suites Hotel, being built at Des Plaines River Road and Williams Street in northwest suburban Rosemont. The hotel, to open next year, will be developed by Walden Investment Corp. and managed by Entrust Hotel Management Corp., both of Schaumburg. Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, Chicago, is the architect. Pepper Construction Co., also of Chicago, is the construction manager.
