Right behnd him are Maurice Lucas, the team`s leading rebounder, and Michael Cooper. Guard Byron Scott is back after suffering strained ligaments in his left knee. Earvin ”Magic” Johnson leads the league in assists, James Worthy is as quietly consisent as ever and Kurt Rambis continues to bang away inside.
Bulls update–They would love to duplicate last year`s success when Dave Corzine managed to throw off Abdul-Jabbar`s sky hook enough in the final seconds to preserve a 103-102 victory. George ”the Iceman” Gervin is rounding into shape and scoring like vintage ”Ice.” Quintin Dailey continues to give the Bulls spark off the bench.
