Services are pending for Happy Barbara Bruder, 77, formerly of Chicago, who died Sunday in Clearwater, Fla. Miss Bruder was head of the medical department of Saks Fifth Avenue, 669 N. Michigan Ave., for 32 years until her retirement in 1979. Survivors include two sisters and a brother.
