I am a sophomore in high school and I am taking driver`s education this year. Because of this, I have become more aware of drivers and their cars. I think that it`s amazing how many cars have expired stickers on them.
Why doesn`t the State of Illinois return to its old system of buying new license plates, not stickers, every year? It seems to me that the state must be losing quite a bit of money and I think that the state should consider getting rid of the stickers.
