My heart goes out to Dan Galemb, who had the inspiration and who spent long hours constructing the Bear helmets for the lions in front of the Art Institute.
I think it is deplorable that the lions were vandalized and the helmets stolen, spoiling the pleasure for all die-hard Bear fans like myself. It was such a great idea and a fun way to support our Bears.
