Home State Savings Bank`s former owner, Marvin Warner, entered a written plea of innocent to 50 counts stemming from the thrift`s dealings with a Florida securities broker. He will not be required to appear in person at his arraignment Friday in Hamilton County Common Pleas Court in Cincinnati. Warner, who lives in Florida, and Home State`s former president, David Schiebel, entered written innocent pleas and were granted appearance waivers by Judge Thomas Nurre.
