The average top executive spends the equivalent of six weeks a year in business meetings that are a waste of time, a survey of the nation`s largest corporations finds. Executives from 100 firms told a Robert Half
International-sponsored poll they spend an estimated 16.5 hours a week in meetings while at work and that 29 percent of such time–amounting to six weeks a years–is wasted.
