Services for Dollie Clair Cooley, a former Cook County elections judge on the Northwest Side, will be held at noon Thursday in the chapel at 3751 W. North Ave. Mrs. Cooley, 61, died Tuesday in St. Elizabeth`s Hospital. She is survived by her husband, Doyle; three sons, John, William and Howard; a daughter, Dorothy; 12 grandchildren, 5 sisters; and a brother.
