Mid-Citco Inc., the holding company that owns Mid-City National Bank of Chicago and First National Bank of Morton Grove, said its net income rose 27.6 percent, to $1.35 million, in the fourth quarter of 1985 from $1.06 million a year earlier. In the year, net income climbed 28.4 percent, to a record $5.66 million, or $118.80 a share, from $4.41 million, or $92.56 a share, in 1984.
