Lyons Savings and Loan Association, Countryside, is contending in a federal lawsuit that Ft. Worth millionaire T. Cullen Davis and two Dallas developers are late in payment of a $3 million loan. The loan was used to build an office complex in the Dallas suburb of Addison and became due Sunday, according to the suit.
