BRANIFF PARENT ENDS TALKS

Dalfort Corp., parent company of Braniff Inc., terminated discussions with Braniff about acquiring the 31 percent of Braniff stock it doesn`t own. Dalfort is owned by Chicago-based Hyatt Corp.
