Colonial Caterers, a division of MidAmerica Enterprises Ltd. of Naperville, has bought Gaper`s Caterers, a unit of the Levy Organization. Terms were withheld. With the acquisition, Colonial said it becomes the Midwest`s largest volume caterer.
