Owners of Kodak instant cameras will have to wait about a month before Eastman Kodak Co. can begin accepting the cameras and exchanging them for other Kodak products, rebate coupons or a share of common stock. Kodak said the exchange offer is being held up by delays in printing special forms and brochures. The exchange offer is good until year-end. Kodak has a phone hotline (the toll-free number 1-800-792-3000) to handle queries, but it has been deluged with calls for weeks.
