Four people were indicted Wednesday in an alleged plot to kill a police officer, and a fifth was being held for allegedly intimidating a witness to the scheme. A Cook County grand jury indicted Virginia Terrazas, 30; her husband, Jose Terrazas, 32, both of 3916 W. Cornelia Ave.; John Demopoulos, 30, of 5703 N. Ravenswood Ave.; and Dennis Foskey, 34, of 3022 W. George St., for conspiracy and solicitation to commit murder, said Assistant State`s Atty. Ed Barron. The four allegedly plotted to kill narcotics officer George Graham because Graham had been arresting people who allegedly sold drugs for them, police said. Virginia Terrazas and a fifth person, Allen Osslund, 28, also were being held for allegedly threatening to kill a witness. The four will be arraigned Feb. 18, and the intimidation case was continued to Feb. 11.
