Central Soya Co. of Ft. Wayne, Ind., is selling three of its four branded-food firms. International Multifoods Corp. of Minneapolis will buy Fred`s Frozen Foods and Centre Brands Inc. for about $73 million, and Wyndham Foods of Houston will buy Zatarain`s Inc. for an undisclosed sum. Negotiations are underway to sell J.H. Filbert Inc.
