Seven former executives of Pabst Brewing Co., including former President William F. Smith Jr., reportedly will receive their ”golden parachute”
termination and severance benefits under an out-of-court settlement reached with Pabst`s new owner, brewing magnate Paul Kalmanovitz. The amount of the settlement wasn`t disclosed, but the seven alleged in lawsuits that they were owed a total of $1.6 million in benefits.
