Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Service, an operating group of Meredith Corp. of Des Moines, has reached an agreement in principle to acquire ChemExec Relocation Systems Inc. ChemExec, founded in 1980 as the relocation service subsidiary of Chemical Bank, is the fourth largest company of its kind in the country. Terms were not disclosed.
