John Blair & Co. said it agreed to sell its Chicago-based American Printers & Lithographers subsidiary to APL Acquisition Inc., a new company formed by the chairman and the president of the subsidiary. The transaction is expected to be completed in March. The price is in excess of the subsidiary`s book value, Blair said.
