Services for Samuel H. Mazel, 92, a longtime resident of Streeterville, will be held at 2 p.m. Monday in the chapel at 5800 N. Ravenswood Ave. Mr. Mazel, who died Friday in the Miami Heart Institute, owned Mazel Hardware Store on Milwaukee Avenue for more than 50 years. In addition, he was president of Mazel Realty, 175 E. Delaware St. Survivors include a sister.
