Services for John ”Doug” Johnson, 44, a salesman in Chicago for Mallinckrodt Chemical Co. of St. Louis for 19 years, will be held at 2 p.m. Monday in the chapel at 1035 N. Dearborn St. Mr. Johnson, of the Near North Side, died Friday. Survivors include his mother, Charlotte, and a sister.
