Centel Corp., Chicago, added to its cable television properties in Michigan by buying for an undisclosed price the Sun of Shiawassee cable system near Flint, Mich. The system has 3,200 subscribers, bringing the number of Centel cable subscribers in Michigan to nearly 40,000. Centel recently bought two cable systems in Florida, bringing its subscriber total there to over 50,000.
