Balcor Co., a Skokie real estate syndication and investment firm, has formed a subsidiary to manage real estate investments for domestic and foreign institutional investors. Balcor Institutional Realty Advisers also will create an entity through which international investors can participate in Balcor`s public limited partnerships. John L. West, a Balcor senior vice president, will head the unit.
